At the heart of Direct Elite Cafe' is Chef Andrew, a classically trained chef with a passion for bold flavor, soulful hospitality, and high culinary standards. With deep roots in Caribbean cuisine and a refined eye for modern technique, Chef Andrew built his reputation through Direct Elite Catering, serving Atlanta’s most memorable private events.
